TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By adopting a rescue dog from shar pei rescue for adoption and rehoming shelter, you agree to the following: Payment and Fees The adopter agrees to pay the adoption fee for the rescue dog, which covers the cost of care, medical treatment, and any applicable shipping or transportation fees. Care and Supervision The adopter agrees that the rescue dog will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision. The adopter commits to providing humane care, including adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care throughout the dog’s life. Temperament and Responsibility The adopter understands that shar pei rescue for adoption and rehoming shelter provides information about the rescue dog’s temperament at the time of adoption but is not responsible for any future behavior, damages, or injuries caused by the dog. The adopter agrees to be fully responsible for the rescue dog’s actions and well-being. Follow-Up and Monitoring The adopter grants shar pei rescue for adoption and rehoming shelter permission to contact them at any reasonable time to ensure the rescue dog is being properly cared for and treated humanely. Commitment to the Dog The adopter agrees to care for the rescue dog to the best of their ability, providing all necessary needs and treating the dog with kindness and respect. Health and Vaccination The rescue dog has received appropriate medical care, including vaccinations and deworming. The adopter agrees to take the rescue dog to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption for a health check. If the veterinarian identifies any health issues directly related to the dog’s condition at the time of adoption, the dog may be returned for a full refund (written diagnosis required). Return and Rehoming Policy If the adopter can no longer care for the rescue dog, they MUST notify shar pei rescue for adoption and rehoming shelter and return the dog to us. Under no circumstances may the rescue dog be sold, leased, traded, or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility. The adopter has a 30-day period to return the dog for a full refund if they are unable to bond.
